Title: IT Manager - Client Services
Type: 1 year Contract - (Renewable)

Position Summary Clickom has an opportunity for an IT Manager to join our highly successful and growing Client Services team. The successful candidate must be familiar and comfortable talking about IT applications development and Internet technology. The incumbent will be required to research, analyze and document business and technical requirements for developing new systems or enhancements to existing systems with a high degree of complexity. To be successful in our team, you must be proactive and dynamic, demonstrate initiative, thrive on challenges and have an eagerness to learn and a can do attitude. Reports to the VP Technology [based in Toronto]

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regional Manager [RM] in Business Development activities
• Create and own all communications with clients
• Create and maintain detailed documentation per project/program and client
• Prepare and track detailed project plans and other project management artifacts using MS Project
• Effectively communicate with all areas of the enterprise that impact the project scope, budget, risk, schedule, resources
• Manage Enterprise-wide web application development and maintenance with the help offshore/on-shore/on-site team members
• Provide timely status reports with appropriate escalation
• Manage projects execution from inception to delivery
• Facilitate and resolve development/production related issues
• Assist in managing external vendors & partners
• Contribute to improving processes and procedures to align them to industry best practices
• Assist HR with hiring needs/tasks in building an IT production team

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT [Management/Supervising role]
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and Internet application development
• Ability to understand and to discuss IT systems architecture and concepts
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills
• Track record to work with teams to create and deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to quality requirements
• Strong Customer Service Orientation
• Well organized, Detail oriented
• Good leadership skills
• Self-motivated, self starter and results oriented
• Bilingual: French and English
• Business development skills are an asse
• Computer Science/Engineering degree preferred
